Analysis of Passenger Satisfaction on Green Airport Blimbingsari International Service

Since 2019, Blimbingsari Airport has been designated as an International with a green airport concept. This received the most prestigious award in The 2022 Aga Khan Award for Architecture. Several energy efficiencies and conservation program initiatives certainly have impact on service facilities provided. However, this implies increase number of passengers. requires attention to be studied further because it is related airport's ability serve needs users. study was conducted determine quality based passenger perceptions. 100 respondent were randomly selected research sample. uses 5 (five) dimensions which include 7 variables measure quality. Data collection carried out mid-June by distributing Likert scale questionnaire. analysis used IPA Servqual gap methods. Based results data analysis, can seen that there are (four) important terminal services, namely (1) ease passengers obtaining information, (2) reliability equipment, (3) coolness comfort terminal. , (4) clean room. servqual shows positive. these results, concluded very satisfying
